The Job

You will be required to scan, note down and verify any parking or public behaviour infringements from CCTV monitors. Consolidate all traffic infringements and submit report to customers. Attend to enquiries regarding verification of traffic infringements and other related services. Report faulty cameras or breakdowns. Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments. Resolve all in scope enquires and take appropriate escalation actions when required.

Requirements 

• Minimum O Level or equivalent
• Basic computer skills required
• Able to converse well with customers on enquiries
• Good team player and able to work independently

Prepare AutoCAD drawings
Prepare submissions of AutoCAD drawings from conceptual design up to construction development
Produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD application according to customer’s specification
Assist Project Engineer on site measurement

Liaise with clients to ensure specifications have been met

Requirements 

• Diploma in Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline

The Job

Promote company’s products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors and building materials dealers to achieve sales and profit targets
Liaise with respective managers to gather product information, product pricing and inventory levels for the preparation of quotations
Assist in organizing marketing activities and product demonstrations to architects, designers, developers, and contractors
Liaise with principals and Store Supervisor on the delivery of materials to customers
Raise purchase requisitions and generate sales order from SAP system

Organizing marketing activities, product presentation and product specifications to architects, designers, developers, and contractors
Responsible for the product line’s P&L performance, treating it as a standalone business unit
Liaise with product principal to maintain communication and rapport
Product inventory management and liaise with principals / suppliers on shipment and delivery of goods
Prepare yearly sales budget for product
Provide technical support and advice to product representatives, customers and contractors
Prepare product costings and sales pricings, quotations, and tenders
Provide product training to Product Representatives
May be expected to lead, supervise, and provide guidance to Product Representatives in their sales activities
Assist Product Representatives on timely payment collection from customers

Requirements
