Orchard Manor (Chongqing)

Orchard Manor was the first foreign-owned luxury villas developed by Huaxin International in Chongqing. This project created waves of excitement in the property market at that time as it challenged and radicalised the traditional architecture concept, and won numerous awards. Approximately 200 villas of Orchard Manor were built occupying the land area of 201,078 square metres. A key highlight of this project was its super low plot ratio as the average land area for each villa was approximately 666 square metres (1 mu).
